When you go into contract with us, it is our mission to include everything we can possibly can into our quoted price, with no surprises coming up along the way. Unfortunately there are some in our industry who will come in with an unrealistically low bid to secure a contract, conveniently underestimating key components, leaving you over the proverbial barrel when they hit you with multiple change orders and leave you with a finished project costing more than the highest bid.
